Shows the Sun as an overpaid part-time contract worker for New Zealand, departing for the Northern Hemisphere and leaving New Zealand with the rain clouds. Cartoon refers to the end of the summer season at the end of February, and the overpaid elements of the comment refers to the recent rainfall and flooding in the lower North Island in February.
