Description

A young man tries to hitch a lift to Wellington for the second test and a policeman also tries to hitch a lift because he has 'bad buggers to catch'. The young man politely says that he is sorry about the fleet cuts but asks the policeman to hitch from another spot. Refers to the 2nd test Match - All Blacks versus France 21 June, 2009 and also refers to the cuts in the police car fleet as a way to manage on a reduced budget.
