A small house with front verandah on top of a hill in the middle distance. Mount Egmont can be seen in the background. The land in front is cleared with bush in the foreground. May show Touet's [Touett's] house looking east from Allen's Hill, on Hurford Road, Omata; Mt Egmont in background. Compare very similar (preliminary?] sketch at A-263-022
