Shows Foreign Affairs Minister, Winston Peters, as a clown, juggling three balls labelled 'Foreign Minister', 'election', and 'NZ First'. Refers to his being ambivalent in his views on the New Zealand Free Trade Agreement with China. As Foreign Affairs Minister he was obliged to go along with the government but as leader of NZ First he was critical of it. The upcoming 2008 election probably played a part in his reaction.
