Elevation to Jervois Quay and ground and first floor plans for the Wellington Rowing Club's building, Jervois Quay.
The building was originally located on Jervois Quay. In the 1960s, it was used by Downstage Theatre Company before the construction of the Hannah Playhouse, corner Cambridge Terrace and Courtenay Place. In the 1980s, it was moved to the waterfront and overlooks the lagoon, not far from the beginning of Cable Street.
