Description: Portrait of a man identified as Tuka Orangi of Koriniti. He is wearing a korowai and holding a patu (kotiate) in his right hand. He has short white hair, a moustache, and a moko. Photograph taken by William Henry Thomas Partington, circa 1900, probably at Wanganui. Also identified as Hairawanui (1/2-008301); and as Tuka Aorangi of Ngati Pamona, Koroniti or Hirawanu of Ranana (Whanganui Museum Collection) Note on back of file print - Tuka Orangi (Koroniti), grandfather of John Tuka.
