Description: Postcards of New Zealand scenes, particularly in the Wellington and Rotorua districts and a few in Oamaru. Also a portrait of an unidentified soldier - a captain of the NZ Artillery, possibly World War I. Images are taken circa 1900-1929. Some photographers are identified: Sydney Charles Smith, Frederick George Radcliffe, Frank Giles Barker, and Robert George Stanley Marsh. Publishing companies include Tanner Bros Ltd, Frank Duncan & Co, and Fleetway Press. Scenes feature landmarks in Wellington and Oamaru, various geothermal scenes at Whakarewarewa, and scenes of Maori life and customs. Also includes single images of harvesting lucerne at Marlborough, Riddiford Gardens, and an unidentified geyser [Waimangu?].
