Description

Interviews with eleven British citizens who immigrated to New Zealand between 1947 and 1975. The recorded experiences include life in the United Kingdom before emigration, reasons for emigration, the journey to New Zealand and the first years of settlement. Interviewees are: Julian Brown, Winifred Campbell, Margaret Doe, Vera Donoghue, Margaret Foden, Dennis Gee, Alan McNaught, Stephen Perrott, David Read, Kenneth Swann and Angela Werren.
