Description: Copy letter book containing outward correspondence written by politician and Nelson pasturalist Sir David Monro, from 1860 to1869. Contains letters and business correspondence, letters pertaining to land purchase transactions,and descriptions of farming and pastural activities in the Nelson area. Letter script is written in iron gaul ink. Includes a alphabetical name to page index at the back of the book.
