Description: A poster based on one produced in the early 1970s by the Anti-Apartheid Movement in London shows head and shoulder portraits of ten South Africans imprisoned for their protests against apartheid. Their names and prison terms are given beneath each portrait: Billie Nair, 20 years Herman Ja Toivo, 20 years John Hyat Pokela, 13 years Bram Fischer, life A Kathrada, life Indris Naidoo, 10 years Dorothy Nyembe, 15 years Nelson Mandela, life Walter Sisulu, life Denis Goldberg, life Dating of poster is probably early 1970s.
