Description: The papers relate to Rawson's landholdings in Nelson and consist chiefly of letters from Seymour to Rawson. Also included are circulars, financial accounts showing the state of Rawson's Nelson interests, and sundry printed items relating to landholding in Nelson. A small number of letters are from Rawson to Fell & Seymour Alfred Fell and Henry Seymour entered a partnership as general merchants in Nelson in 1842.
