Description: A floor plan of a house with seven bedrooms, billiard room, smoking room, breakfast room, dining room, store, hall, pantry, larder, dairy, servants' entry, scullery, knife and boot room, bathroom, lavatory and washhouse. One plans states that it has been rescaled in 1982 to metric measures. No job number for these plans. Reference number reflects date of completion rather than job number. "When Frank Moore decided to build a new house he chose an elevated site off Rangitatau Road, with native bush as a backdrop ... The house was erected by Messrs Russell and Bignell; the gardens were designed and landscaped by Mr I Cameron, landscape gardener of Westmere; while the carving of the mantelpiece and the sideboard in the dining room was executed by Mr W Andrews of the Wanganui Technical School of Design" (From Royal Forest & Bird Protection Society of NZ "Bushy Park scenic reserve, Kai Iwi, Wanganui" (1967)).
