Context - Don Brash, very right wing former leader of the National Party has ousted Rodney Hide from his leadership of the ACT Party and taken over himself. The ACT Party is likely to be a favourite ally of the National government. Freedom camping is the ability to camp in places other than official camping grounds with facilities.
