The drawing is on a torn piece of a printed mortgage document for the Standard Property Investment Company, probably associated with Howorth and Hodgkins, Solicitors Another drawing in this sequence (A-440-041) was drawn on another section of a mortgage document, with 'Howarth and Hodgkins Solicitors' printed on it.
