Description: A view of Lake Te Anau, looking toward mountains in the distance. The wool shed of the title would appear to be a small building just in view on the extreme right of the drawing Although not dated or signed, the work can be identified as Gully's from both the style and the handwriting. Gully was in the Southern Lakes area in 1887, the year before he died (see also his 1887 sketchbook at E-195) Inscriptions: Recto - bottom left - Wool shed Te Anau [in pencil] Quantity: 1 drawing(s).
