Description: A 'GOOD EVANS' cartoon. Shows Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, hiding behind a ballot box which he has set as a trap. The box is propped up with a cleft stick and in a little pile beneath the box is a pile of 'budget baubles'; the Finance minister holds a string attached to the stick which he will pull when the curious and gullible kiwi steps beneath the box, causing the stick to fall aside and the box to drop onto and trap the kiwi.
