Has a sound control pedicab behind the racers to ensure that the race remains within sound restrictions. One of the spectators comments that "On the bright side - at least they've found a use for those jafacabs". Refers to the noise control restrictions around the Western Springs Speedway and suggests the ridiculous solution of using the Jafacabs (pedicabs) instead of motor vehicles on the speedway to reduce the noise pollution.
