Description: In a single scene, Prime Minister Harold Wilson walks away with Brtannia's trident, labelled armed forces, her shield labelled Far-East bases, and her dress labelled welfare state. Britannia, with NATO printed on her helmet, hides her nakedness behind a curtain at the side of a large picture window, where the sun is sinking into the sea past the White Cliffs of Dover. A picture of Britannia is on the wall with the motto, On whom the sun never sets, referring to the British Empire. Quantity: 1 original cartoon(s). Law was Secretary of State for the Colonies 1915-1916, Chancellor of the Exchequer 1916-1919, and British Prime Minister 1922-1923. Davidson and Munro-Ferguson were his secretaries.
