Taking his turn at the counter a man holding an enormous scoop tells the shop owner that he has brought along his own scoop. Refers to the news that the Chip Group wants chippies to start using a standard scoop, so portion sizes are consistent across the country. Chairperson Glenda Gourley says a scoop measuring 330 grams of uncooked chips can be purchased from catering equipment companies.
