Clarendon Tower (Christchurch, N.Z.)

High-rise building on Worcester Street, Christchurch, which was built on the site of the former Clarendon Hotel, and retained the façade of the historic building, which was a Heritage New Zealand Category II heritage structure. The building suffered significant damage in the February 2011 earthquake and was subsequently demolished.
