Provenance: The creator of the original scrapbook is unknown, but it was given to Freddie Smyth (leader of the Auckland Artillery Band in the 1960s) who added some material. Smyth later gave it to his deputy bandleader Ken Gordon, an acquaintance of the donor. When Gordon passed away, the scrapbook was given to the donor.
