Roehampton House (London, England)

Built by Thomas Archer between 1710-12 and enlarged by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1910. From 1915-1983 was occupied by Queen Mary's Hospital. In 2010 work began to convert the building to apartments.

Taken by an unidentified photographer, possibly at the Roehampton reception, and later copied by William James Harding. This photo was probably one of the many photographs that William Jenkins bought back to New Zealand after the 1863-4 trip.
