Three storied brick faced building (also known as Bowen Chambers) that occupied the corner of Bowen Street and Lambton Quay. It was designed by the Wellington City Engineer's Department and built 1930-1931. It was demolished between Friday 9 December 1988 and 29 January 1989 to make way for newer Bowen House.
