The house has elements of the Arts and Crafts style, closed-in verandah on front corner with semi-circular open verandah above. Steps up to front entrance on left. Road on far left, hedge above the road, lawn with a few small shrubs and trees in front of the house. Flagpole in the lawn on the right with a Maori carving at the base. Hills behind the house.
