Description: A calendar for March 2004 to April 2005, featuring photographs of patrons of the Celtic Inn in Palmerston North in semi-revealing poses. These men are all members of the pub's "Guinness 100 Pint Club", having consumed 100 pints in a month or less; and most are born in Celtic lands: Scotland, Ireland, Wales or England. The photographs were taken by Greg Wilson of Palmerston North. The calendar was a fundraiser for prostate cancer. Description: Vertical oval label for Digger brand stout shows a man wielding a pickaxe as he digs into a rocky bank. The words "Digger brand stout" appear around the red border. The lithographer's name is at the bottom. The date of this retro style label is unknown but, because of its provenance, is likely to be from around 1960, despite its older look. Richard Whittingham is known to have been running a brewery in Gore in 1887. The lower edge bears the name of its lithographer Mills, Dick & Company. This printer was operating in Dunedin from the 1860s to around 1960. Quantity: 1 colour art print(s). Physical Description: Lithograph on vertical oval label, 90 x 67 mm.
