Description: Surveyed cadastral map of Hohotaka Maori land block, in the Piopiotea and Maungaku survey districts, southwest of Lake Taupo. The block is subdivided into numbered sections, 1A-1B5 and 2H2, with acreage. Area is bounded by the Ohura South D Block, eastwards to the Ruamata Block, Maungaku Survey District. Description: Cadastral map, with some survey markings, of sections in Puketapu and Hohotaka blocks, approximately four miles east of Taumarunui. Blocks include parts sections within 1b, 2a, 2b, 2d, 2e, 2f, 3b, 3c. Several areas have been highlighted and renumbered over the map before copying, and show acreage. The Pungapunga Stream runs horizontally across the northern section of the map. Several roads are shown, including Whangapuroto and Tokaanu, as is bush, scrub and the Paerata Trig.
