Description: Survey map of Hauhau Road (now called Vinegar Hill Road), in Block 7, Ongo Survey District (near Hunterville), from Manganoho Road (now called State Highway 1) south-eastwards to the Rangitikei River. Numbered blocks of neighbouring land are identified (Block 7, lots 5, 5a, 8 & 9), with lot 5 belonging to A G & R K Simpson and 5a belonging to Weston. A small bridge is shown. Blue pencil annotation: 'Get out at Hunterville', 'About 2 1/2 miles N W of Hunterville'. Pencil annotation: 'A R MacKay'. 'From Plan 97/27'. 'Traced & checked ERW 14.2.[18]96'. Inset top left corner of the surveyed Hauhau and Manganoho Road intersection. Verso: 'Hauhau Road near Hunterville'. 'A.R. Mackay - Is the road formed?'.
