Scenes taken on New Brighton Road, Liggins Street, and Kingsford Street, Burwood, show damage to houses, driveways, roofs, water pipes, trucks, and riverbank earthworks. Images taken in the city show: the digger working on an apartment high-rise in Cashel Street, rubble on the site of St Luke's Church, Kilmore Street, St Barnabas Church, and Mona Vale on Fendalton Road, abseilers on the exterior of the council building on Hereford Street, the old City Library prior to demolition, high angle views taken from the HSBC Tower, Allen Dingwall House and Gallery Apartments, Clarendon Towers, Provincial Council Chambers, memorial wreaths and visitors to the Bridge of Remembrance, and Oxford Terrace buildings. Includes a group portrait of the CERA team who process red zone passes, and a portrait of Fraser and Tim, the CERA website team.
