Description: Accompanying note from cartoonist states 'Tau Henare and Simon Bridges discuss women cleaners after Samoan women cleaners spoke at parliament againt changes to Employment Relations. Tau Henare responded to their submission pretty much as in the speech bubble in this cartoon.' On 26 September 2013 representatives of cleaners made submissions to the Select Committee on Transport and Industrial Relations over changes to the Employment Relations Act, one of which would allow small companies to dispose of employees when contracts changed hands, and which would affect cleaning firms especially.
