Description: Sarah Selwyn, widow of Bishop George Augustus Selwyn, first Bishop of New Zealand, with her grandchildren in The Close at Lichfield Cathedral. The grandchildren, a young boy, two older girls and a young man, are the children of Bishop John Selwyn who was Bishop of Melanesia and who died in 1898. The name Louis Simcox(?) appears on the reverse of the mount but he is not thought to be the photographer. Quantity: 1 b&w original photographic print(s).
