Finance company incorporated on 18 Janurary 2002. It offered property and investment loans, and accepting deposits from the public. Placed into receivership 23 November 2007 owing 7500 investors around $167 million. Investigated by the Serious Fraud Office in 2010 resulting in charging of three company directors for theft. On 31 August 2012, Neal Nicholls, Wayne Douglas and Owen Tallentire were found guilty and jailed for seven and a half years and five year periods.
