They are adjacent to the Waldegrave Estate, and the properties of C O'Leary and the Wellington Convent Reserve. The property was being sold by Mr James Brown, whose family had owned it since 1840. Dated 1907 or early 1908, because it mentions April 1906 as being twenty months earlier. Quantity: 1 colour art print(s) on poster. Physical Description: Chromolithograph, on sheet 575 x 900 mm.
