Description: Black and white photographic portrait showing a group of taitamariki (young adults). In the front two rows women can be seen seated while wearing pounamu pendants and holding poi. Men are shown standing in the back row, some dressed in suits. All wear similar clothing, possibly as part of a concert party. Title supplied by Library. She is heavily ironic and cynical about the selling at inflated prices to developers of the precinct, which encompasses the new Tonks Grove from the top of Cuba Street through to Kensington Street, as well as properties in nearby Willis Street and Oak Park Avenue.
