Description: Collection comprises two version of Proctor's personal history of the Dunlop Company in New Zealand. The first version is a typescript of Proctor's original history composed in 1982. The second version is an edited version by Donald McLeod in 2007 with additional illustrations and an appendix of speeches. Also included are newspaper cuttings relating to the Dunlop tyre factory. Also includes electronic version of Proctor's history of Dunlop New Zealand Limited, and sound recordings about the Dunlop factory and latex foam rubber. Source of title - Title supplied. Sir Philip Proctor was Managing Director of Dunlop New Zealand Limited from its founding in 1946 until he resigned in 1965. He continued on as a director until 1974.
