Description: View of a road in the Upper Hutt area, possibly Silverstream. Four men are working on constructing a culvert for road widening. They are standing on a foot-bridge in front of a long clipped hedge. A gate leads into a garden and cabbage trees are visible amongst other trees. Photographed by Albert Percy Godber.
