Description: Photographs of the Hodgkins family, taken by various photographers. Portraits include Alexander Garrick, Mr and Mrs W M Hodgkins, and Mrs Rich. Other images are of gallery walls covered in paintings (possibly the 1869 Fine Arts Exhibition held in Dunedin), a young boy in a striped shirt and hat, an elderly man in breeches and leg warmers (possibly Switzerland), and scenes in Venice, taken by unidentified photographers. Also includes two photographs depicting building exteriors in landscape settings. Some of the portraits are partially hand-coloured.
