Description: Poster shows two inset pictures: one a reproduction of a sketch by Alfred Barker of a view over the Avon River towards the Port Hills; and the lower one a photograph from a high point, of High Street with Ashby Bergh & Co Ltd in the centre. There is a sign above the rooftops for Strange & Company, drapers and furnishers, in an adjacent street. A gasometer can ben seen at the far end of High Street (on Moorhouse Avenue).
