Description: A pair of inflatable plastic thundersticks given out at the Hyundai A-league pre season final, Wellington Phoenix vs Melbourne Victory, 2008. Audience members would clap two inflated sticks together to applaud and encourage their team. This pair shows the Wellington Phoenix soccer team logo, and the word Sony in large letters. Accompanied by plastic straw 110 mm, to use to inflate and deflate the sticks. Instructions given on the packaging. The packaging states that the items were made in China. These items were sometimes called slappers, thunder sticks, cheering sticks, air bang sticks, boom sticks. Quantity: 2 colour art print(s).
