Description: Includes - Unidentified rural cottage, 1969. Group on bicycles, Waikanae, 1973. Abel Tasman Point, Golden Bay, 1973. (James Beard has labelled Abel Tasman Point and located it in the Takaka area. This suggests the location of the Abel Tasman Memorial at Tarakohe. Abel Tasman Point is many miles away from the Takaka area at the southern end of Golden Bay between Ligar Bay and Wainui Inlet. Given that there is no sign of the memorial in this group of slides, I suspect that it is the former location in Golden Bay.) Landscape and Mountain views, Takaka. Quantity: 24 colour original transparency/ies.
