Description: Newsletter reporting on the decision of a meeting of the Association held by Dr E P Ellison, and asking clergy to urge their congregations to think about the issue of racial discrimination by the New Zealand Rugby Football Union, who decided to exclude players of Maori blood from the New Zealand representative team to tour South Africa in 1960. Also advises of a public meeting on 12 August. The masthead shows a logo of rugby players diving for a catch. One firue is white on black and the other is black on a white background. The mission of the CABTA is stated: "To combat racial discrimination in the selection of the 1960 Rugby Team to tour South Africa, and to demand the abandonment of the tour if absolute equality of treatment cannot be assured".
