Stevens, Charles, 1813?-1871

Farmer. Charles and Lydia Stevens arrived on the 'Clifton' on 18 Feb 1842 with two children, and settled on the Porirua Road. Three further children were born after their arrival. He died on 1 Mar 1871 and his wife in 1874. [Source: Tawa Flat and the Old Porirua Road / A H Carman, p 117].
