Robb, Joan, 1921-

Graduated MSc in zoology from Auckland University College in 1956 and worked in the Department of Zoology at the university becomming Associate Professor in 1967. She retired in 1978. She also served on the Fauna Protection Advisory Council until it was disbanded, on the Council of the Auckland Museum and other environmental and research bodies. After her retirement she led pioneering wildlife tours in Malaysia, India, Africa, Nepal, China and Australia.
