First meeting held 1948. Officially declared a Parish in 1952 under the care of Father Joe Leahy. In 1964 the church building, situated in Tocker St, Taita, burnt down. A new Parish Centre was opened in 1966 on the site of the old church.

Features the letter "M", flowers and other decorations, an image of two rings joined together, and a pasted on picture of Pope John XXIII. Some letters have faded.
