Description: The main map is a copy of cadastral base map of part of Pinehaven which has been used to show drainage easements, proposed road called Birch Grove, a recreation reserve and section boundaries between Pinehaven Road and an adjcaent stream. Numbered sections include acreages and boundary measurements. Building lines around Birch Grove are shown. A sum of acreages of residential lots, recreational and school reserves, the new road, easements are totalled. The second map is a copy of a cadastral base map of Part of sections 193 and 195A of Deposited Plan 5336, which has been used to show residential lots, a reserve and school sites, between Forest, Pinehaven and Whiteman's Valley roads.
