Description: Booklet of information prepared by the NZ YMCA sponsored by th National patriotic Fund Board of New Zealand. about a leave centre at Madonna di Campiglio, Italy, at which soldiers could take rest and leave, because the War had now ceased. Soldiers were encouraged to bring sports equipment, blanket, great-coat, change of underclothes, socks, personal gear, sweater, sunglasses, andshoes or sandals, gas-cape, face-cream, and mess gear. Their route to the centre is described - through Vicenza and Verona, past Lake garda, to Madonna di Campiglio. The eight-day schedule is given, as is a guide to the hotel rooms, the service and tariffs.
