Clarendon Tavern (Wellington, N.Z.)

49 Taranaki Street, Courtenay Place. Constructed in 1908 By A Ford. Architect J M Pawson. Registered as the Clarendon Tavern on 20 July 1979, wound up on 29th January 1990 after the stock market crash of 1987. Performance venue for various musicians including rock group Shihad. Re-opened as The Glass House and Molly Malones Irish Bar in June 1991.
