Comprises: - Watercolour, monochrome grisaille on paper, by Albert Hanson, head and shoulders portrait of Pearl Hamilton depicted wearing a ring and reading a letter. Signed Albert Hanson, and inscribed ink ink on reverse "Watercolour portrait of P Hamilton by Albert Hanson, Sydney, NSW 1904" (136 x 87 mm). - Dance programme, with watercolour cover design and manuscript text, "H.M.S. Challenger 21 September 1906". Lists names of naval personnel and titles of musical numbers. - Printed Christmas card from Mr & Mrs G K Hansard, with photograph of 'S.S. Gothic' - "The Royal Tour Ship", dated Christmas 1953. - Printed Christmas card from Mr & Mrs G K Hansard with Lowry Bay address, featuring image of Houses of Parliament at Westminster and photographic reproduction of a Māori whare, no date. - Printed Christmas card with text in Māori, "Me nga mihi o te kirihimete o te tau hou hoki. Na Tupai-whakarongo-wananga. Christmas 1911. New Year 1912." - Presentation card printed in gold lettering, "Medal struck by the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand in commemoration of the visit of H.M.S. 'New Zealand' to the Dominion, for presentation to the Officers and Crew." - Printed bookplate "Ex Libris A Hamilton Dominion Museum Wellington NZ", with ornate design incorporating Māori carvings and rafter patterns (106 x 83 mm). - Printed memorial card "In loving memory of Mary Eleanor Hamilton", who passed away on 7 November 1902 "aged 77 years". Mary Eleanor Hamilton, née Tebbott, was the mother of Augustus Hamilton. - Two manuscript poems, one untitled by Faith Baldwin, and one with the title 'Lady Feeding the Cats' by Douglas Stewart. - Pencil sketch of Māori design patterns, on fragment of ruled laid paper. - Typescript letter by R A Falla to Pearl Hamilton, dated 3 April 1952, on Dominion Museum letterhead. Acknowledges donation of notebooks and makes reference to Pearl Hamilton's brother Harold Hamilton. - Holograph letter by E W Kane to Pearl Hamilton, dated Wellington, 14 June 1918, on printed N.Z.
