Description: Photographs of stage actors and actresses, some in costume, many of them autographed and addressed to Harry or Mr Carson (possibly the same person). On two no names are given but they have been identified as probably Cyril Ritchard (man in tuxedo with cigarette) and Cyril Ritchard and Madge Elliott (couple dancing). Also included are three group photographs. Two were taken in the lobby of His Majesty's Theatre, Auckland, one of the cast of Roberta which had been brought over from Australia (Cyril Ritchard probably seventh from left in the group of men to the left and Madge Elliott in the middle of the second row of women) and the other, the cast of the George Wallace Show (George Wallace in the middle of the front row). The third one was taken outside and includes a man from the Roberta photograph (first on the left of the second row) who may be a tour manager. Quantity: 21 b&w original photographic print(s).
