Description: A souvenir of the visit of His Royal Highness Edward Prince of Wales to New Zealand on Children's Day 7th May 1920, with photographs of what is now the Parliamentary Library, the Parliament Buildings under construction, the Prince, and a ship moored in Wellington harbour. Description: Shows an inset photograph of Edward Prince of Wales, the flags of Britain and New Zealand, a photograph of the General Assembly Library Wellington, Parliament Buildings in the process of construction, and Wellington Harbour as seen from the water. Also features illustrations of a sailing ship and a steam warship. The illustrations are by L D Foster, and there are also two poems by Foster on the right hand side, entitled "January 22nd, 1841", and "May 5th, 1920". Quantity: 1 colour art print(s).
