Joynt, John William, active 1886-1910

Registrar of the University of New Zealand and Principal of Nelson College. He came to New Zealand for health reasons in 1886 and was appointed Principal of Nelson College in 1889. He resigned in 1898 and subsequently became Registrar of the University of NZ and later University representative in London. (Nelson College old boys' register 1856-1956)
